Sarah Yassine, Psychologist

With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Psychologist, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with warmth, professionalism, and evidence-based care.

My practice focuses on women’s mental health, particularly in areas such as:

  • Perinatal wellbeing
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship dynamics

I understand that life transitions – especially those surrounding motherhood, identity shifts, and loss – can be profoundly complex, and I strive to provide a compassionate space for healing and growth.

I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Systemic Family Therapy from the Tavistock Clinic in London, equipping me with a deep understanding of how relationships and family systems influence mental health.

In my work, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide practical, research-backed tools tailored to each individual’s needs. I also have a keen interest in mindfulness-based practices, recognising the powerful role that awareness, self-compassion, and emotional regulation play in long-term wellbeing.

Whether you are navigating motherhood, coping with loss, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking stronger relationships, my goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward lasting emotional well-being.
