A compassionate space for healing and growth

Gentle, Flexible Support – Wherever You Are
As a psychologist with a special focus on supporting women’s mental health, I offer telehealth appointments to provide a more accessible, flexible way for you to prioritise your wellbeing – no matter where you are in Australia. Whether you’re at home, managing work and family, or living in a regional or remote area, telehealth allows you to connect in a way that fits into your life, without sacrificing care or connection.
Why Telehealth?
Telehealth can be a meaningful and effective way to engage in therapy, especially for women navigating busy schedules, caregiving roles, or personal health challenges. Some of the key benefits include:
Convenience: Attend your session from any private space, without needing to travel or arrange childcare or time off work.
Accessibility: Ideal for women in rural or remote areas, or for those who may find it difficult to attend in-person appointments.
Comfort: Many clients feel more relaxed speaking from the familiarity of their own home.
Consistency: Life happens – telehealth helps ensure you can stay engaged in your care through illness, travel, or life’s disruptions.
Flexibility: Appointments are available at various times to better suit your lifestyle and responsibilities. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, your telehealth sessions may be eligible for Medicare rebates. This can help reduce the cost of care, while giving you the freedom to access support in a way that works for you.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My Approach
I’ve been providing telehealth services for many years and have worked closely with people across different stages of life – supporting concerns such as anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Over time, I’ve shaped a gentle, personalised approach that honours an individual’s unique experience and needs.
Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time, returning after a break, or simply needing a space to talk things through, a telehealth appointment with me offers a private, compassionate, and flexible way to begin.
Fees
My fee for a 50-minute appointment is $220.
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of approximately $96 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year, reducing your out-of-pocket cost. My fees are set below the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended rate for a Registered Psychologist, which is currently $300 for a standard consultation. If you have private health insurance, you may also be able to claim a rebate – please check with your provider for details.
